Gwynevere would never consider herself to have good aim, nor to be any sort of foe in combat for her brother. Her wits were the only strength the girl felt she had in combat, and yet somehow the lady had managed to land a direct assault on the villain leering at the mermaids. For a second there was a sensation of exhilaration as it appeared her plan was going off flawlessly, and that she would have a chance for escape. Luckily she realized it was Tristan's voice who was calling out forcing the girl to take a second look at her victims face. "Tristan?" There was a moment of befuddlement as Gwyn slowly started to put the pieces together in her mind. There was a horrified gasp as the girl quickly covered her mouth in shock, she killed her brother!
Her leg's started to move forward in a run towards her fallen brother when another figured emerged from the woods, Sir Salvatore. Gwyn's body froze in mid stride as the mixture of mortification and horror took over her very being. It would have been bad enough that Sir Salvatore would walk in on them, on her, so undignified but it was worse that it was him of all people would discover she was a murderer. The girl opened her mouth to speak as she heard the knight speaking to her brother. Wait-Tristan was alive! Of course now she could hear his groaning as there was a sigh of relief that washed over her. There was a sudden chill in the air as she suddenly realized that there wasn't much of the water covering up her figure. Quickly crossing her arms the girl quickly moved forward before forced to stop by the scolding. She turned sideways to hide her front still catching the tone in the man's voice. Their party was over? As if they honestly needed his permission! This could not be the same man she had walked with the other night who so was blessed with elegance. He was treating them like children! Worst of all a third knight appeared, the Prince, and he agreed with the other! Well, that might have been an order, but at the moment the girl was not a charge of any the men. Making sure Tristan was ok was far more important than obeying them in her mind, Emmy would understand.
There was a momentary apologetic glance to the Princesses and Rosemary before Gwynevere quickly side stepped. As the knights were being kind enough to avert their gaze from the ladies the girl took the opportunity to quickly make her towards her brother as she quickly brushed by both Salvatore and Pierre wordlessly as they stood near him. Again, not asking permission she knelt down behind the fallen knight going to look over the swollen bump, "Tristan! Are you alright? You can hear me right? Can you see?" The girl paused going to gently try to prop her brother up so not only was he more comfortable, but so that she could hide behind him. Her blue eyes glanced over between the two Knights before landing on Salvatore with a glare having caught some of the words he had muttered, "Idiot? You don't even-" Gwyn huffed, "I was trying to flush out whatever was spying on us and I succeeded. I wouldn't have dreamed that you or Tristan would even consider lurking in the forest like this." The girl's own anger was reflecting perhaps a little more than she perhaps wished, but she couldn't help herself.
