Gwynevere had been foolish in not anticipating the over from the young rogue. As she found his heartbeat the girl had just been about to scold him when suddenly noticing movement. Before she could say, or do anything the man had kissed her cheek! For a moment the girl was stunned as she felt her entire face begin to flush red, and this his words. Care about him? The young lady blinked but still caught the wink he threw her way as if he was charming her! Gwyn's blue eyes went wide at that as she went to quickly stand up still trying to drain the color from her face and keep her emotions under control. She wasn't going to wait for her brothers, but no instead the girl was going to get him back right then and at that moment. Still careful not to shift her facial expression before going to swiftly swing her leg kicking him at him as she aimed for the lower reaches no one ought to swing for. "How dare you! I'm not some mistress you can simply lure in with your gifts, your title, and flowery words! You can not and you WILL NOT seek my affection in such a forcible manner! Just because I am of low rank does make me one of your toys!"
Gwyn forced herself to take a breath still feeling her body shaking from rage and growled her next words, "This is the last time you will humiliate me! I only checked on your because I am not heartless! I hate you Lucien Deveruax!" With that the girl picked up the skirt of her dress going to turn around to run. Gwynevere couldn't bear to stay there any longer she felt absolutely foolish for even coming, and more so for staying there.
