Abigail had faith in her family members, knowing they could run this business very smoothly. Even in the face of things going wrong. She knew Dederik being the Lord of the house had to deal with very many mishaps and she didn't even want to imagine what could go wrong with transport because the ideas were endless, especially in a mind as wildly creative as Abigail's. She had gone to the kitchen and grabbed a tray, making tea and grabbing two cups after the pot of water was nice and hot. She then grabbed a few tea bags and a tiny bowl of sugar before going to her brother's office. She knocked once and waited, hoping he would pause long enough to actually answer but expecting just a verbal one all the same. She knew it was busy, transporting people and goods. There was always something to do and someone to see and people to talk to, especially when a majority of it went to other families at that Delamara's knew. She smiled softly as she heard the rustling of paper, the sound very familiar when it came to Dederik.
Abigail had always known every older member of her family to be doing something, always at all times it seemed. This didn't effect her relationships with them however and despite how busy she was becoming, she still tried to set a good example to the younger people of Lavigne who seemed to look up to her. She wasn't sure why children took to her so easily, they just did...maybe her nature was gentle. She didn't know. She didn't mind it though and could even be found telling stories on the beach to a few of the local children, making up ones about mermaids and pirates. She figured it was better than telling damsel in distress stories but that was just her thinking. She knocked again, smile in her words as she spoke. "Avast ye, freebooter!"
