There were a few people she was curious of, and one of them happened to be from Estersea. She didn't know much of the region, expect for this and that story, and what she'd learned in her former studies. She knew they seemed a more... democratic... region than most, with many women as figureheads. Of what communications Cat was privy, she seemed to count two new Countesses in just the last year alone! Well, it was certainly a stark difference to the way she was used to things, despite even among Seravino there was a woman in charge of House Savarese. There stood to be much more to be learned, but the point that perhaps drew her attention most was Dame Therese.
It might have been a curious interest on her behalf, and frankly she didn't care if it was. Caterina had been rather interested in many forms of fighting as a growing girl, and had learned proficiency in sword and in bow, with the latter being her strongest suit. The idea of a woman making a career out of knighthood was curious, impressive, and admirable. Given the opportunity to meet the woman, Caterina thought she aught at least try to find her. Her interest didn't run so deep as to try and make a voyage from Seravino to Guilboa, but now such a measure wasn't necessary and all that was required was a bit of effort.
Her first thought to find her had been to write a letter, but she thought the touch to be too impersonal for the kind of conversation she'd hoped for. She much prefer a face to face encounter, so thought to cross pathes instead. A bit of thinking had her deciding to check with the men in the training yard, where she could at the same time also perhaps meet a Knight or two. A woman, tall woman from what she heard, would stand out surely in such a place, but being the commander of Estersea's forces, she would also be known. It was as such, hoping to have someone point her out, that Cat tried her luck.

I was thinking perhaps if this conversation goes well, Therese could mention to Cat about Lady Fontaine's own past as a squire? If that's something Therese would know? Cat intends to discuss about women knights and so forth.
