Greetings and good fortunes, fellow Archadeans and foreign dignitaries,
We are happy to have our friends and our family here with us in Bordelaix to celebrate together the giving of annual thanks to the Gods and to each of us alike. We have managed another year of fruitful harvest, a blessing for our efforts and our spirits. As is appropriate, it is time for a festival of giving; may we share the wealth with those who've been less fortunate.
To begin the festivities, a word from our Crowned Princess, Her Royal Highness Nicolette Deveraux.
As is traditional, we will begin today with the ceremonial offerings to the Crown. All Lords and Ladies wishing to do so will find themselves availed of Her Grace's presence on this day, and have bestowed upon them a returning of thanks.
As well, nobles of all families will be invited to show their interest in the various upcoming events of our festival. It is imperative that you reach the appropriate organizers on this day so to insure your spot in your chosen activities.
The schedule of events is as follows:
Further instructions will of course be provided by your numerous hosts pending on the activities of your choosing.
A final reminder to one and all that throughout the festival, vendors from far and wide have come to showcase their wares. Should any person wish to belatedly join the vendor's court, please contact the organizers forthwith that we may advertise your name among the tents. As yet the following are the official Vendors found at the Vendor's Court, the Harvest Market:
May we all enjoy a well deserved celebration,

My dear people of Archades,
I bid you welcome to the annual Harvest Festival, and extend my thanks to you, who are the foundation and the strength of our Kingdom. This Festival is intended to honor your hard work, to show my gratitude for your loyalty and to celebrate the prosperity that your contributions foment. For the next ten days, let us join in, noble and common, as one to enjoy the fruits of our labors and refresh our spirits. Let us give thanks also to the gods who have smiled on us this year, remember those whom we have lost, and most of all… look forward to another year, striving to new heights of peace, prosperity, and friendship. Go forth and be well, my people.
Let the festival begin!
