Dressed in an elegant but formal dress colored in white and red she walked through the corridors quiet as a mouse. It felt strange for her walking around here in the building so far from Vasile and she felt watched where ever she walked unlike she did at home. She had no control over anything here and did not knew many people here either, not many enough at least to relax without getting the feeling of being judged. Not judged as a person, judged as a Romanov. That was why she felt a big responsibility to represent her family as good as she could, or better, when she was in reach for any eyes or ears. She did not felt that big responsibility when she was in Vasile as she did now. This responsibility made her unsecure and instead of searching up people to talk she moved aside and fall back from other people without pending on the line of being rude. The only thing she wanted was to find her way back to the shadows there she felt safe and could not do so much wrong. There were no space here for any mistakes and she did not want to be the one that created them…
Dahlia had been wandering around a lot in the building now and was not really sure where she where anymore. The only thing she knew was that she had passed bigger rooms and found a silent corridor without people, for now at least. She stopped by a window and looked out to locate herself and found out that she was close to the ground now. Movements outside close to the window made her spin around so her back came up against the wall beside the window to discreetly hide from whoever this person was. Curious she peeked out a bit but moved from the window just before the movement outside turned against her direction. Like nothing had happen she walked straight through the corridor again with a little grin in her face while she thought about what she had been seeing, things she as usually was not supposed to see.
The corridor took her to crossings there she choose her way, still without knowing where she really went, and used a variety in her choosing between right, left and forward. But at this time she chose another direction. Instead of going forward she took a few steps back and looked into darkness in the gap of the half open door on the right side of her. Unsure if she did something illegal she looked around to assure herself that she still was alone before she carefully opened the door a bit more. Her curiosity played tricks on her and she felt tempted to walk downstairs into the darkness but something told her that she was not allowed to go there. Dahlia bit her lip a little and looked around herself again with a hand on the door handle while she thought about her options. She should not go down there she thought over and over again but even though that she walked down the stairs and closed the door behind her with just a narrow opening to mark her way back.
