Like Seravino and Calandria, the people of Nacimiento also follow the Triune from their distant homeland. However, over time, their theology changed in a few, but critical ways. The Triune within Nacimiento is as follows:
Paternos (The Father) - He is the Creator of all life and the earth, the keeper of justice and the dispenser of wisdom. Often represented by an old man with a white beard clothed in red and gold, he is the only seated personage of the Triune, often crowned with laurel leaves. Paternos is viewed as the All Father, a stern figure that guides, blesses and punishes as is necessary. It is to Paternos that the people of Nacimiento primarily pray to. Nobles pray to Him for counsel and guidance, leaders of fighters appeal for courage and children for healthful growth and development.
Filios (The Son) - He is the patron of the arts of war, the defender of the heavens and the earth, the hand of Paternos’s justice, and the judge of souls. Viewed as a dark haired man wearing armor, bearing a sword and shield, he stands at the right hand of Paternos with an unsmiling visage. He is believed to have emerged from Paternos’s mind, fully formed as his Son and Defender. In addition, Filios represents the harsh realities of life and the suffering that must be endured. All trials in life are said to come from Filios to strengthen the spirit and maintain piety.
Spesios (The Prophet) - A time existed during which the world was a dark and dreary place, dominated by Filios's fervent desire to judge the world and subject them to the true and harsh realities of the world. Punishments such as disease, poverty, and suffering were enacted upon the world, including the eruption of Vulcanis. From the ashes and destitution, Paternos gave the world his second son: Spesios. Spesios was the embodiment of hope and the future. People turn to Spesios when in need of hope for the future, seeking his blessings for anything that is yet to come and to save them from any potential suffering. He is depicted as a kindly and gentle man with flowing blonde hair and standing with open arms.
The Hierarchy of the Church of the Triune is relatively straightforward. Only men are allowed to join the clergy, which includes at least five years in a seminary school to learn the history, the theology and their responsibilities. Each town within Nacimiento has at least one priest to spread the message of the Triune, often supported by a number of monks and acolytes. All priests in turn answer to a regional High Priest. The Chosen is the head of the church, situated in Talencia.
Women are allowed service to the church by joining the Sisterhood. The Sisters to the Triune do not wield any significant theological power, but can give blessings and sanctify. In general, the Sisterhood tend to the poor, the sick and infirm and the orphans by providing housing, clothing, food and basic education. They are well known for their piety and acts of generous charity.
