Gender: Male
Birthdate: 1386, February 14th
City / Region: Delaney, Shelbourne

Played by: Luke Evans
Appearance: A stereotypical image of what a Lord is to look like to the common folk, he is tall, broad-shouldered, hair flows with a silkiness often noted towards women. Dressed in bespoke clothing that hugs his frame with obviously tailored measurements and bears the physical features of a man in good shape. Hands both well manicured, clean and impeccable, his clothing often reflects the same cleanliness and grooming.
Sporting a thin layer of controlled scruff, his hair long and often kept in a ponytail his voice often calm and yet commanding gives his people no mistake as to whom their Lord is.
Personality: Thames is a man who is without a doubt a man full of ambition and a hunger for glory, among one of the more wealthier lords of Shelbourne thanks in no part to his access to the harbors and ports from which his coffers are filled. A man of rich tastes, fine clothing and the better life he lives above the common rabble and finds them unworthy of his time or generosity. He doesn't make his dissatisfaction with the current status quo any secret, hosting a stout personal navy and men at arms, he crushes his city under the weight of heavy taxation and oppression.
His desire for wealth, recognition for his many accomplishments and superior skills is a driving force for his ambition.
Specific Skills or Abilities:
Character History:
Thames Kalthorpe was a man like any other born to parents in a noble household and beset upon with the best tutors, chefs, and swordmasters. From a young age he was given whatever his heart desired and taught from an early age he was destined for greatness, and good enough for the greatest things in life. As he grew older he lived as he was taught, wearing the finest clothes, refusing all the best, spending time with the children of merchants, and other noble lordlings. He wasted no time in sowing his noble oats, when he came of age and had even built himself a reputation from his teenage years to his adult years with his womanizing ways with of course led to his subsequent dueling for the honor of a daughter or sister, or niece which resulted in his favor each time.
By the time his father passed away he was merely twenty years of age when he took rule of the port city of Delaney, and he began his rule with the heavy taxation of the citizens, his city watch is infamous for his tax collections every fortnight and the gallows became so heavily used that he had them built from stone and steel. However, as Lord, his habits grew hungrier as did his womanizing ways, as he invited women to his castle on a daily basis and it is said his bedchamber was occupied by a different woman every night up until his marriage.
At age twenty-five he married the daughter of a merchant Lord she was a woman of ill repute like he who enjoyed her own desires and who needed to be settled down. Thames married her for the dowry with within a year she was expecting their first child, though tragedy struck when she and her father died when their carriage crashed and caught on fire. Thames married soon after to the daughter a vassal knight who held reputed beauty, they married quickly and by the time Thames was thirty he was a father of three. However despite marriage and fatherhood Thames made no efforts to slow his desire to be with many women nor made any efforts to hide it.
As Lord of Delaney he's paid his taxes to house Gardiner and sent his goods to them as requested and as scheduled, much to his personal refute as he felt they were better suited to his own uses. However for the past ten years, Thames has been focusing on building his own armory, men at arms, and personal navy, supplemented by the high taxation and the pushing of his commoners it has been a very well affordable endeavor. However, he's gained a reputation for being known was reclusive and isolated in Thorpe Keep, his familial home.
Presently he remains in Shelbourne, the port city of Delaney, undeterred to leave and content with his own castle comfort.
