Thorne was bored again. He wanted some fun and had gone looking for it. He sighed as he sat in a tavern looking around. He pretended to drink some ale, but actually hadn't touched a drop. He wanted to be sober knowing he might need his wits about him along with other skills he had secretly practiced over the years. He smiled when he saw a mountain of a man enter the tavern. What a good target. He stopped when an idea hit him. Just who was the second man though? There had to be two for this to work.
Thorne spotted a good looking gent sitting there nursing an ale and eyeing the ladies. Hmmm.... well this man's evening just got a lot more interesting. Thorne could hardly wait to see the fight that would ensue from this. Oh man this was going to be very entertaining. He could hardly wait to nick what he needed for this to work.
The man in question became all eyes for the thief. Thorne noted where the man kept his coin purse. It was too easy honestly. The man wasn't guarding it. That came to no surprise. Most would rather not even be noticed by this man let alone rob him. It was easier than taking candy from a baby. Now for the second mark. This would be a little trickier.
He was watching the man like a hawk. It wasn't easy to tell where the coin purse was located. He had to wait a little bit, and it seemed the other man hadn't noticed his was gone yet. There would have been some yelling. It had to be timed just right. He walked by and did the drop without being spotted. Once he was done he moved back to his position and waited to see what a show this would be.
